As a mountainous area that eminently is, the humble but valuable testimonies of heritage and ethnography of the Valdeón Valley are the result of the close relationship that throughout history have maintained its inhabitants with the territory, in its management and in the use of the own resources offered by the mountain of the Picos de Europa.
