The gastronomic offer of the Valdeón Valley plays its role with typical dishes based on the traditional cuisine of the high mountain of León. Menus made from indigenous products such as game meat and red meat obtained from sheep, goats and cattle grazing along the valley. Also noteworthy are sausages such as Androja Caineja, the produce of the orchard and the production of excellent cheeses such as Azul de Valdeón.
